Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver emergency nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions.
• Assess patient symptoms and vital signs to prioritize and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures, including IV insertions and airway management.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio Registered Nurse License.
• Possess a BSN or Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Have a minimum of 1.5 years of Emergency Department experience.
• Be EPIC EMR system proficient and experienced with ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI/AVADE/CalmEveryStorm certifications.
• Be flexible to float to different units as needed and work every other weekend/holiday.
