Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Ensure patient safety and comfort while efficiently managing acute health issues.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio Registered Nurse License.
• Possess a BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in an Emergency Department.
• Maintain current ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI/AVADE/CalmEveryStorm certifications.
• Be able to work every other weekend and holiday shifts.
• Demonstrate EPIC experience and flexibility to float and support various units as needed.
