Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide urgent and critical patient care. This role involves managing acutely ill and injured patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely interventions and compassionate support.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients upon arrival and determine the priority of care based on severity of condition.
• Administer medications, wound care, and initiate emergency protocols as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment procedures and post-discharge care.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in high-stress, emergency situations.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple priorities.
