Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting, ensuring safety and efficient treatment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate patient care during evenings and nights.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment based on acuity.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Document patient information accurately using the T-system electronic charting system.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in compliance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of travel nursing experience in emergency or acute care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable working with a patient ratio of 3:1.
