Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services. The therapist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical condition to determine appropriate treatment approaches
• Design and adjust personalized therapy plans based on patient progress
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and recovery strategies
• Document treatment progress accurately in patient records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Possess excellent assessment and documentation skills
• Demonstrate strong communication and patient education abilities
• Have at least one year of outpatient therapy experience
• Be able to work flexible hours within a Monday–Friday schedule
