Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility to promote mobility, recovery, and overall wellbeing. Deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with patient needs and clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Have excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Require prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
