Job Summary:

Responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing occupational therapy services to help patients improve their functional abilities. Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy interventions accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and activities to support recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in the state.
• Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
