Job Summary:
Provides physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed therapist to facilitate patient rehabilitation and recovery. Ensures safety and effective delivery of therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Prepare treatment environments and gather necessary equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and report clinical observations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• High school diploma or equivalent; associated degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
• Valid state license or registration as required.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
